June 20, 2016

We all dreamed of having our own house . An abode we can call our own It’s because there are so many good reasons why owning your own home is the best. For instance the freedom from everything because you will find yourself to be more in control and also the feeling that you have attain something colossal. Buying a house is a goal of a lifetime.

But the thought that often comes to our mind is that? “Buying a house is expensive, I don’t have the funds to buy it. I’d rather rent it’s way cheaper”

And that is one that Bella Vita understand hence they set off a low cost house. BellaVita is looking at a huge market of renters who will become end users with homes they can call their own. It aims to attract minimum wage earners and those from informal business sectors who can afford a monthly amortization of around P3,000. To reserve a unit costs only P3,500.

BellaVita Land Corporation, Ayala Land Inc.’s (ALI) residential subsidiary focused on socialized housing, recently launched its first project in the Visayas, aligned with its parent company’s continuous expansion in the region.

BellaVita Iloilo, located in Bgy. San Jose in the municipality of San Miguel, is an 11.7hectare community featuring around 1,800 house and lot units. It will offer amenities such as a guarded entrance/exit, a common parking area, and pocket open spaces. It will also have a clubhouse, basketball court, parks and a playground. About 42 percent of the total land area will be dedicated to open space. Ayala Land’s very own construction company, Makati Development Corporation-Build Plus, will manage the construction of this new project.
“We provide quality homes for as low as P450,000 per unit, in a community where one can enjoy a complete and comfortable life. Owning a home is a milestone for many Filipinos and we hope to provide opportunities for them to achieve this basic need,” said BellaVita President, Lyle Abadia.

From its house designs to the village features, BellaVita Iloilo showcases a unique socialized housing development. The houses, which come with bare finishes, have a floor area of 22 sqm and sits on an average lot size of 36 sqm. Buyers who opt for bigger spaces, may combine multiple units.
